Location: Found in Sam's locker during the opening sequence. This is unmissable โ it's the tape that starts the whole adventure.

Chapter 3 โ Downtown Mysteries
Location: Purchase from the discount bin at Spinning Records for $2. Look for the bin near the entrance.

Chapter 4 โ The Old Mill
Location: Second floor of the mill, near the broken conveyor belt. Grab it before triggering the collapse sequence.

Location: Given by Sam during the stargazing scene on the hill. You must choose to spend time with Sam to receive this.

Location: Inside the broadcast booth at the abandoned radio station. Check the equipment rack.

Mr. Hendricks hints that the next clue is hidden in a specific album. You need to find it among hundreds of records.
Navigating out before the collapse
After finding the clue, the floor starts collapsing. You have 60 seconds to escape.
Tuning to the right station
The old radio equipment needs to be tuned to a specific frequency to reveal the hidden message on the tape.
Following Eddie's musical clues through the woods
Eddie left markers in the woods that correspond to songs on the tape. You need to play the right song at each marker to reveal the path.
Hidden content for dedicated explorers
Return to Spinning Records at night after Chapter 6. You'll find Mr. Hendricks playing piano and can learn his full backstory โ he was Eddie's best friend.
In Chapter 6, if you broadcast a message before leaving the station, someone responds in Chapter 8. It's a survivor from Eddie's original group.
In Chapter 3, visit the arcade downtown. One of the cabinets is playable โ it's a mini-game version of the developer's previous title.
In New Game+, return to the school music room and play the piano keys in the order: C-A-S-S-E-T-T-E. A hidden door opens to a developer thank-you room.
In Chapter 4, if you look out the third-floor window at exactly the right moment, you can see a figure watching from the treeline. Fans debate whether it's Eddie's ghost or foreshadowing.
Collect all 10 cassettes and play them in order at the treehouse in Chapter 12. A hidden 11th track plays โ Eddie's original demo recording.

How to Get: During any of the skating sections, press A/X as a car approaches you to jump over it.
Don't crash once while escaping in the shopping cart
Chapter: Chapter 5: Shopping Cart Bomb
How to Get: Avoid crashing into walls or cars as you go. It's okay if you knock into some boxes in the alley or traffic cones.
Complete minimaster assembly in under 15 seconds
Chapter: Chapter 13: Cassandra's House
How to Get: Put batteries in the camera in less than 15 seconds:
Hit only home runs as Cassandra
Chapter: Chapter 14: Softball
How to Get: Get the timing right when batting as Cassandra. As long as you make a connection with the ball, you'll get a home run. Use Rockford's attempts at the beginning to practice timing. If you miss, restart the chapter.
Don't miss a single jump or slide while rescuing Cassandra
Chapter: Chapter 27: The Run
How to Get: Make sure you jump or slide past every obstacle on your way to save Cassandra from being caught by her dad. Perfect timing required!
Paint the entire door in under 30 seconds
Chapter: Chapter 21: Door Painting
How to Get: Use the large paint roller and hold RT/R2 to do large vertical lines. Start from the bottom left corner, go up, then move the roller with a tiny overlap and repeat across the door.
Get the couch in place within 30 seconds
Chapter: Chapter 22: Couch Moving
How to Get: Keep moving the couch to the right, using analog sticks to navigate obstacles. Move it into the blue outline by the campfire within 20 seconds.
Clear the leaves in under 45 seconds
Chapter: Chapter 23: Leaf Sweeping
How to Get: Use RT/R2 to sweep leaves out of the circle around the campfire. Press and hold RT/R2 to charge up your sweep โ this moves more leaves much further and is the fastest method.
Hit all the cans in under 30 seconds
Chapter: Chapter 24: Slingshot
How to Get: Hit all cans and bottles on the car. Focus on accuracy โ one missed shot can be costly due to re-aiming time.

Kiss for 60 seconds
Chapter: Chapter 3: The Kiss
How to Get: Sit in the scene for a minimum of 60 seconds with the tongues on screen. You don't need to move them around. When you select 'That's Enough' the achievement unlocks.
Throw a stone through the tyre swing
Chapter: Chapter 12: Skipping Stones
How to Get: There's a tire swing on the right side of the lake. Aim your reticle up and towards the top and middle of the tire, then hold RT/R2 to charge your throw.
Take 20 photos in Bodacious Cretaceous
Chapter: Chapter 18: Bodacious Cretaceous
How to Get: Use the minimaster to take 20 photos. You can spam this the first chance you get to immediately unlock the trophy.
Knock over 10 traffic cones during the skate from Rockford's house
Chapter: Chapter 11: Skate to Cassandra's
How to Get: Steer yourself into 10 different traffic cones during the skating section.
Throw 50 rolls at the house
Chapter: Chapter 15: Toilet Paper Attack
How to Get: Throw 50 rolls at the principal's house. Keep going until the trophy pops โ don't exit the scene early!
Explode all objects on your way to the secret hideout
Chapter: Chapter 19: Skateboard Explosion
How to Get: Use LT/L2 and RT/R2 to explode items while on your skateboard. Mash the triggers whenever you see any item to make sure you don't miss any.
Knock over all the character cutouts in the video store
Chapter: Chapter 26: Starlight Video
How to Get: Move Slater into the character cutouts at the end of aisles and around the edges of the store. Make sure they fall on the floor. Don't go to the counter until you've unlocked this!
Knock 200 VHS tapes off the shelves in the video store

How to Get: Walk Slater close to the shelves with tapes on them until the trophy unlocks. Just keep bumping into shelves!
Don't miss any fireworks in the coastal cruise
Chapter: Chapter 28: Coastal Cruise
How to Get: Use LT/L2 and RT/R2 to detonate fireworks while driving. Repeatedly press the triggers to make sure you don't miss any.
Find everything in the bedrooms and all the unique conversations
How to Get: Complete all interactions and conversations across Rockford's, Debbie's, Cassandra's, and Slater's bedrooms.
Hit 3 pig balloons
Chapter: Chapter 16: Floating on Sadness
How to Get: Move Rockford into each of the big pig balloons while floating through the air (towards the end of the scene). You can actually just not touch the controller and you'll automatically hit them!
Acquire all the items at the party
Chapter: Chapter 29: Party at the Ritz
How to Get: Keep moving around the party until you've accepted every item from other partygoers. Get into the corners!
